Nordic Interim – who are we?
Nordic Interim AB is an independent company with the mission to provide quality-assured and cost-effective interim management services to the entire Swedish market. For international recruitment assignments we collaborate with partners in Europe and the United States.

Our network consists of senior executives whose experience covers most areas of management and most situations. All have built up their expertise during long and successful careers. They are interested in taking line responsibility and getting things done. They like operative challenges and work according to an agenda of set objectives.

The experienced team at Nordic Interim is led by Janeric Peterson, who has a background in management consulting. Janeric has been in the interim executive business over the past five years, previously as a member of the leadership team for companies in interim and change management. He holds a M.Sc. from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and Vanderbilt University in the U.S., as well as an M.B.A. from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Pia De Geer works as Search Consultant at Nordic Interim AB. She holds an M.B.A. from the Stockholm School of Economics and has a background in management consulting from McKinsey & Company. Ing-Marie Bigert Möller is office manager and has a background from other businesses in the industry and from McKinsey & Company. The company, based in Sweden, is a strategic alliance between Novare Human Capital and Ray & Berndtson, an international leader in executive search and one of Sweden’s top firms in the field, and Nordic Interim’s management.

The principal owners provide the company with search skills and access to their networks on an ongoing basis.
