Swedish establishment of the Latvian humanitarian organization Ziedot
Novare's CEO Fredrik Hillelson and SAS Sweden's former CEO Anders Ehrling will establish the Latvian humanitarian organization Ziedot in Sweden.
Ziedot.lv is an Internet portal for charities that make it possible to use the Internet to help fellow human beings. Ziedot.lv offers a convenient and secure way to donate money to carefully selected and controlled charity projects. On the site you can also see how the project develops to ensure that the contributions have reached their goal. Large and small donations are welcome (1 LVL = 15.35 SEK).
Charity Portal Ziedot.lv is the result of a collaboration between the foundation "Ziedot" and Swedbank, with the goal of promoting positive social change. Thanks to this cooperation Ziedot.lv do not need to charge any commission or fee for the donations. 100 percent of the contributions go directly to the intended purpose. Through support from Novare, which are helping businesses and individuals to grow, ziedot.lv has been translated into Swedish.
Latvia is just 150 kilometres from Gotland, but the lives of many who live in Latvia are completely different from our own. In our neighbouring country a large number of elderly, sick or poor are suffering from poor living conditions and savings in society. Everyone pays the price for the economic crisis and the ones suffering the worst are those who were already weakened.

Novare Executive Search in Russia
Over the last 10 years, business between Sweden and Russia has increased approximately 500%. During 2008 alone, Swedish exports to Russia increased by 27% and imports increased by 51%. In addition, there are more than 400 Swedish companies operating in the Russian market.
Since spring 2009, Novare Executive Search is offering recruiting services for it’s clients in Russia – our biggest and closest emerging market.
We are happy to present to you our business partner in Russia - Smart Personnel. The company operates on the Russian market since 2005 and has well established relationships and working history with various Scandinavian and international companies. Their accomplishments include realized projects in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Perm, Samara and other cities.
The director of Smart Personnel, Olga Martynkova, has more than seven years of experience in recruitment and executive search. She has a Masters Degree in Management with focus on communications, and one year of additional education in Human Resources at the Russian Plekhanov Academy of Economics. In 2008, she studied business and leadership in Sweden at Swedish Institute Management Program.
Novare Executive Search together with Smart Personnel has a widespread network of managers with Swedish-Russian and Eastern European experience. This gives our clients an opportunity to attract employees with desired competences.
Given our experience in this sector, we would be more than happy to have a discussion with you, in either Stockholm or Moscow, regarding potential recruitment opportunities.
Novare Public Search now integrated within Novare Executive Search
Novare Public Search was launched in mid-2007 to commence the recruitment of senior management staff for positions in the public sector in Sweden. Since its formation, Novare Public Search has mapped the market and developed a very large client base. The company has succeeded in signing basic consulting agreements with major public organizations and carried out a number of recruitment assignments.
During the build-up period we have learned that decision-making processes in the public sector are often much longer and have come to the conclusion that integrating the business activities of Novare Public Search and Novare Executive Search would strengthen our offering to the public market and also realize valuable synergies.
As of November 1, 2008, Novare Public Search’s activities have now been combined with the operations of Novare Executive Search in order to meet demand for recruitment services within the Swedish public sector in a more effective manner. In connection with this integration process, Novare Public Search’s CEO (President or Managing Director), Annika Billström, has left Novare and we thank her for all her past efforts to help us develop the public sector recruitment market.
