Novare Accelerate offers innovative and business-driven development programs for the Young Professionals target group. Participants typically have approximately six years of experience from working in their professional roles. Top talents who are junior and senior professionals exchange knowledge and experience within the format of structured meetings that have a strong business focus and feature selective cases from the everyday business life of the participants. Novare Accelerate trains about 500 young professionals every year.
