VA/NOVARE’S MENTOR PROGRAM

The Young Professionals category has the most powerful men and women in Sweden as their mentors

Each year Novare Accelerate conducts mentorship programs – in association with Veckans Affärer (VA) magazine – for approximately 150 trainees who have applied to have one of the leading men and women in the Swedish business community as their mentor for one year. This is an organized program that includes training, meetings and networking between talented junior and senior professionals.

The mentors are prominent men and women from the Swedish business community who are exclusively selected and serve as good role models.  The trainees and mentors are matched according to the particular requirements and challenges of the trainees. In addition to individual meetings between the mentor and trainee, all trainees in the mentorship program gather about five times during the year to attend structured workshops on different themes and do business-driven networking.

NOVARE MENTOR SOUTH (Malmö)

Young Professionals receive Sweden's most powerful men and women as mentors.

Novare Accelerate starts a new mentor program in Malmö for approximately100 trainees/year who have applied to have one of the leading men and women in theregion of Öresund. This is an organized program that includes training, meetings and networking between talented junior and senior professionals.

The mentors are prominent men and women from the Swedish business community who are exclusively selected and serve as good role models.  The trainees and mentors are matched according to the particular requirements and challenges of the trainees. In addition to individual meetings between the mentor and trainee, all trainees in the mentorship program gather about five times during the year to attend structured workshops on different themes and do business-driven networking.

INDIVIDUAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS
Personal, tailor-made mentorship programs that can be started at any time

We have a large network that enables us to match talented young professionals with corporate leaders to tailor a personal mentorship-based education to meet the particular requirements of each trainee. We conduct a personalized search to find a mentor who is appropriate for the type of business challenges that the trainee faces. We start the program when you want it and also provide feedback and end the program on an individual basis.
